This sauce is a really great middle ground between hot and exotic because it's based on Habanero pepper, melon and the acidity of lime juice. For a moment it is sweet and sour, and then the habanero kicks in, making you feel a pleasant wave of warmth.

Ingredients: melon, habanero peppers, lime juice, white wine vinegar (wine, antioxidant: sulfur dioxide), salt.

Bottle volume: 100 ml
